When a customer signs up on Huminos, the data is retained for the tenure of the service. The data is removed from live systems after 30 days of service terminaltion and from data backups within 60 days of service termination
Data archiving and removal policy
The data of the customers is retained in backups for 30 days and after that it is automatically removed. The customer also has the right as Data Controller to request deletion of data for specific users as per EU-GDPR.
Data storage policy
The data is stored on for the duration of the service. The data is stored only for the purpose of serving the customer and is fetched from Slack via API using permissions granted to the app.
We remove the data automatically on uninstallation of the bot after 30 days
While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack App Directory, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
