Lunar is a minimal time zone converter for Slack. Lunar only processes information which is sent directly to it, via slash commands. Lunar does not store or log other messages or information about your Slack activity. Lunar does not access past or archived messages. Lunar does not store any personal user data.
Data archiving and removal policy
Lunar removes all data relating to your account upon removal of the app.
Data storage policy
Lunar stores your data in a secure database hosted in the United States with AWS (https://aws.amazon.com), our infrastructure provider. Our entire database is encrypted, and the contents of your messages uses another layer of encryption in addition to the database-wide policy.
Most users can delete all their Lunar data simply by revoking their Slack authorization for Lunar, or disconnecting the user from the Home Tab Settings. To remove all Lunar data for your workspace, you can also uninstall the Lunar Slack app completely. Users who upgraded to a paid Lunar plan can cancel their account from within the billing portal link on the Home Tab Settings.
While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack App Directory, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
