Your data is important, and your privacy and data security are our most important priority. Clients’ data is stored within Dimensions production environment. At any time, or upon uninstalling our app, customers can request the removal of their data by contacting email@example.com. Database backups that contain client data are deleted after 180 days.
Data archiving and removal policy
Customers can opt to request removal of their data at any time, or upon uninstallation of our app by making a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are an authorized user of the Subscription Service you can update your Customer Data on the user profile page of the product. If you submitted data through our marketing site (see Customer Relations Data) and would like to update, delete or receive a copy of that data please contact email@example.com.

Dimensions is hosted on Heroku using Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure.
Send a request for account and data removal to firstname.lastname@example.org. Dimensions will send a confirmation email once the account and its data have been removed from the active database. Note that past database backups can take up to 180 days to be phased out.
While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack App Directory, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
