Privacy & data governance
Data retention policy
Party poll only stores authentication tokens to our secure database. We store one authentication token per workspace and delete the token when a user removes Party Poll from their workspace. Other than that, the app does not collect any data or information from the user. Authentication token data (our only type of retained data) will be retained indefinitely as it's non personal information.
Data archiving and removal policy
If you'd like to request data (authentication token) removal, please remove Party Poll from your workspace or email adrielmklein@gmail.com indicating your request. Party Poll does not archive any data, but rather deletes it when users revoke Party Poll from Slack

The data storage policy is very similar to the data retention policy. Party poll only stores authentication tokens to our secure database. Party Poll stores one authentication token per workspace and deletes the token when a user removes Party Poll from their workspace. Other than that, the app does not store any data or information from the user.
