With UberConference for Slack, teams can use the /uberconference command to generate a meeting card with details like meeting ID, participants invited, and even if someone's already joined and waiting on the line. When your meeting ends, UberConference will automatically include a link to the meeting notes (powered by Ai) and the call recording threaded directly under your meeting ID for quick and easy access.A paid account is required to access the meeting notes feature with a transcription (supported by Voice Intelligence).

Dialpad will retain customer data until they choose to delete it, or until they close their Dialpad account. You can delete individual calls, contacts, voicemails, etc. through the call log display within the application at any time. https://www.dialpad.com/trust/
Data archiving and removal policy
By default, Dialpad retains customer data until they choose to delete it, cancel your account, or set up a retention policy. Data for canceled companies are deleted within 180 days.
Data storage policy
All permanent data, such as contact lists, call records, recordings, and transcripts, are stored in the United States via Google Cloud Storage. This cloud-native approach to customer data ensures that data is backed up, distributed, and protected against loss and outage even in the event of widespread disasters.
When someone requests for their data to be deleted, we advise them that they can delete individual conferences within their account (which deletes a record of the conference, audio recordings, and the transcript), if they have less than 5 users on their team they can delete their own account self-serve, or if they have greater than 5 users on their team they can contact support who will delete their account on their behalf.
