Enterprise Training Lead

Slack is looking for a training lead to work closely with our services team. For this role, we’re looking for a commanding learning experience designer with outstanding facilitation skills. Your goal is to accelerate the adoption of Slack with Enterprise customers by ensuring that our largest customers can take advantage of the benefits provided by Slack.

You’ll play a critical role in scoping, building and delivering relevant and compelling training for Enterprise customers across a broad range of users, teams, and geographies aligned to the customer’s specific needs and in a variety of learning situations (online, classroom, 1-1 and train the trainer).

Responsibilities

  • Assist discovery procedures with Enterprise customers to scope learning needs
  • Design custom curriculum that employs brain-friendly instructional strategies for people in large organizations
  • Deliver learning experiences for a variety of audiences, including enterprise customers
  • Continuously improve all training programs and develop new offerings

Qualifications

  • You’re confident, and you easily build relationships when conducting learning experiences.
  • You’re a strong and exacting instructional designer. You know which protocols to use to ensure that people learn effectively.
  • You are also a discerning editor. You know exactly how to make a learning experience as short as possible. Who wants to attend long, boring meetings?!
  • You’re naturally curious, love learning new things, and are proactive in sharing knowledge with others.
  • You possess a strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion.
  • You know when something is over your head and aren’t afraid to ask for help.
