Manage how people sign up for your workspace

You can choose to make your workspace signup process invitation only, or allow anyone with a certain email address domain to sign up for an account.

Here's how:

  1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the top left.
  2. Select Administration, then Workspace settings.
  3. Click the Settings tab.
  4. Next to Workspace Signup Mode, click Expand.
  5. Choose your workspace signup mode preference.
  6. Click Save to finish.

Note: If you're on a paid plan and choose to enable single sign-on (SSO), that will override your workspace signup preferences.

Who can use this feature?
  • Workspace Owners can access this feature.
  • FreeStandardPlus, and Enterprise Grid plans.
