Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalised outreach to multiple stakeholders within Slack’s key prospect & customers
  • Conduct context gathering and qualification calls with all inbound prospects in order to drive new sales pipeline
  • Run full sales-cycle, lead to close, with Slack’s emerging business prospects
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process
  • Providing a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction
  • Become a product expert and learn Slack's selling practices
  • Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Help to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data

Requirements:

  • Commitment to pursuing a career in sales
  • Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
  • Demonstrated familiarity with enterprise SaaS
  • Empathic listener and persuasive communicator
  • A great attitude and love for teamwork
  • Bachelor’s degree required

 Salary Range $60,000 - $80,000
