Effective 31 July 2019, VAT will be added to your purchase if the billing address associated with your Slack workspace or organisation is in the Republic of Korea.
For instance, if your retention policy is set to delete messages in public channels after 30 days and you selected a date range over 31 days ago, there would be no folders for public channels included in your export.
Reserved names
There are several words that we reserve to avoid confusion in Slack, and can't be used in full names or display names:

Active Speaker
The member sharing their screen becomes the active speaker by default: other teammates on the call will only see the active speaker's screen, even when others are talking.
When we talk about member profile information, here’s what’s included:
Display name
Full name
Profile picture
Phone numbers
Email address
Job title
Details from a custom profile field
The following content is not considered profile information and will not be deleted as part of a request to remove a member’s personal information:
A member’s message content from any channels or direct messages
Posts or files the member created
Any @mentions directed at the member
Note: A deactivated member’s full and display name will appear as @deactivateduser when their profile information has been deleted.
