The customer is a net new opportunity. They are not actively engaged in an open opportunity with the Slack sales team.
The customer is ready to start an active evaluation of Slack.
The Slack Salesforce instance doesn't show an active lead for the customer in the past 30 days.
The primary contact for the customer is a decision maker or key influencer.
Slack must reach out to primary contact to validate their acceptance.
