Getting started with Slack Connect

Slack Connect helps you to speed up communication with the people that you work with outside your company.

Why use Slack Connect?

Break out of the inbox and change the way that you work with other organisations. Companies have found that the speed and efficiency of communicating in channels makes them more effective and builds stronger relationships.

  • 4x

faster deal cycles for a sales team working with clients

  • 50%

reduction in weekly meetings for a technical team working with third party contractors

  • 2x

decreased turnaround time for creative reviews and approvals for a marketing team and creative agency

For the most part, the channel will look and feel like regular channels in Slack, but will have people from different companies inside. Everyone can discuss work, share files and create results in a shared space.
