Analyst Relations Manager

San Francisco

Slack is hiring an Analyst Relations Manager to build, scale, and lead our analyst relations program.

This individual will be responsible for developing Slack’s AR strategy and building relationships with the analyst community. He or she will play a significant role in informing analysts about our product strategy, platform development, and business expansion.   

This role is a new one at Slack, and it offers the opportunity to build our analyst relations program from the ground up.


  • Lead our analyst-facing narrative. Tell the story of Slack’s vision, our product, and our features to the analyst community
  • Own the interactions with the analyst community through briefings, inquiries, and related events; establish regular communication cadence with top-tier analysts
  • Develop and update analyst materials for briefings and related meetings
  • Communicate with key internal parties to share analyst insights and feedback; work with internal teams to share Slack expertise, as needed
  • Package relevant reports, research, and data for use by the larger organization  
  • Measure the impact of Analyst Relations efforts


  • 7-10 years of working in Analyst Relations, preferably within related categories
  • Impeccable written communication and speaking skills; comfort speaking externally
  • Seasoned relationships with analysts; thrives in building relationships and working with others
  • Experience working with Gartner, Forrester, and other tech industry firms
  • Enthusiasm for Slack, our vision, and our product
