Who should submit a request?

This form is for candidates enrolled in the Slack Certified Consultant Prep Course to request a Slack Enterprise+ sandbox. This sandbox is intended to support your understanding of the Prep Course content and prepare you for the Slack Certified Consultant Exam. If you've already been issued a Slack sandbox as a Salesforce Partner, please use your existing sandbox and do not request another.

What are the terms of the Sandbox?

Use of the Slack Sandbox Environment is made available as a free testing and demo environment solely for partner use to explore Slack features for client use case development and application testing purposes. Slack Sandbox Environment access is available for up to a six-month period, with a maximum number of 100 partner demo users and no more than eight Enterprise sandboxes. Access to the Slack Sandbox Environment is made available to Customer as a Programme Benefit as the term is defined in the Salesforce Partner Programme Agreement (‘SPPA’) and is subject to (i) Customer’s continued participation as a Partner in the applicable Partner Programme and/or Programme Tier through which the Programme Benefit is being offered and (ii) additional terms, conditions and/or restrictions governing the use and availability of such Programme Benefits in the SPPA and/or applicable Programme Policies (as such terms are defined in the SPPA). Partner must use the Slack Sandbox Environment in accordance with the ‘Free Trial’ terms of the Salesforce Main Services Agreement. Salesforce may suspend access to the Slack Sandbox Environment at any time at its sole discretion.

What should I expect once I submit this request?

After submitting this form, you can expect to receive a response within seven business days. Once your request has been processed you will receive two separate emails from Slack.
