Incorporating self-care and wellness into your daily routine doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Light + Fit believes health deserves a lighter outlook! This app will provide you daily messages with easy-to-do at-home wellness videos, including workout routines and mediations, along with movement reminders and wellness tips throughout the workday. This app was created by Light + Fit in partnership with Julianne Hough’s fitness platform KINRGY and Movemeant Foundation. Through Julianne Hough and Light + Fit’s partnership, Light + Fit will be donating $200K to Movemeant Foundation to help support the health and wellness community at this time.
