We do not retain user information. We store Slack User Ids to associate an action with an actor. We only display the user information at the time you want to see this information. We only store tickets and messages for the duration that you want us to. Once you close your account, we delete all data within 30 days.

While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack App Directory, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
