Pagefreezer allows customers to specify a data retention policy that matches their internal information security or legal policies. After the specified retention date, all data is automatically purged from Pagefreezer infrastructure.
Data archiving and removal policy
In addition to allowing customers to set the records retention period, Pagefreezer allows customers to manually delete archived Slack data at any time. Data is kept for a 30 day grace period after a deletion request (so that it's recoverable in case of error). After the 30 day grace period, the data is purged from Pagefreezer infrastructure.
Data storage policy
Pagefreezer only gathers and stores Slack data that customers has explicitly chosen for preservation. Customers can choose to store all public Slack channel data on Pagefreezer OR select specific channels to be stored.
Pagefreezer had records retention functionality that allows customers to specify how long they want data to be retained in the Pagefreezer platform. Customers can also manually delete data at any time from within the platform.
If required, customers can also reach out to Pagefreezer customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org) to assist with any data deletion needs.
While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack App Directory, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
