Rewind has clearly defined data storage periods and/or criteria for determining the storage periods for user data.
When an admin or a user uninstalls the app from their workspace, all saved messages and tags of all users in the workspace is destroyed completely within a few seconds. Any user can place a request for deleting their data through this page: https://www.rewindapp.io/support
When we receive a data deletion request through this page, we will process it within 4 days.
Data archiving and removal policy
When a user requests for data deletion by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, we explicitly delete all the information we have stored about that user on our servers, entirely in two days.
Data storage policy
Rewind stores messages that users save securely in our AWS servers, and only surfaces that data in the Slack app upon user request. The data is deleted upon request in two days from our servers, when users write to email@example.com

Data deletion request procedure
Users can send their requests for deletion to firstname.lastname@example.org. Their data will be deleted within 2 days permanently from our servers.
While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack App Directory, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
