Data retention policy
Spendflo will retain Customer Data in accordance with the customer agreement and as required by applicable law.
Spendflo Slack app only get's the users's Slack token and organization's token to send notifications to the users. We don't store any other user information we get from Slack.
We have daily, weekly, and monthly backups of data which is retained for 6 months.
Data archiving and removal policy
Spendflo Slack app will remove the customer data in accordance with the customer's intructtions. We have a removal process adn the customers will be able to contact us using our support email whenever they want their data to be removed.
Data storage policy
Spendflo will store the customer data in accordance with customer's data security requirements. We have stored it in MongoDB Atlas, AWS servers which are compliant with all the major security policies.

Data deletion request procedure
When someone requests for deletion, they will be sending the request to our support email. After which, we will identify the user and remove all the data points which has this users's details in our database - this incluces all the third party services as well. We will do this within 24 hours of getting this request.
