Data archiving and removal policy
You can opt to request removal of your data at any time by making a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. During use of EmojiBox we won't archive or delete your data without notifying you first.

EmojiBox stores your data in Azure in a secure database. Your data is encrypted at rest and can only be accessed by you by logging into EmojiBox or using our bot in Slack.

Data deletion request procedure
When someone requests data deletion we will action it with 3 business days, this involves hard deleting rows from our database which after 7 days will no longer exist in our system or backups.
While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack App Directory, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
