Data deletion request procedure
Receive Request: When we receive a request for data deletion from a user, we will first verify the user's identity and confirm that the request is legitimate.
Identify Data: We will identify the specific data that the user is requesting to be deleted.
Evaluate Request: We will evaluate the request to ensure that deleting the data will not violate any legal or regulatory requirements, including data retention obligations.
Process Request: Once we have verified the request, identified the data to be deleted, and evaluated the request, we will process the request and delete the requested data from our servers.
Confirm Deletion: After the data has been deleted, we will confirm with the user that the data has been deleted from our servers.

While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack App Directory, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
