We will retain all data collected by our application for as long as the task is not marked as done or until the company explicitly requests data removal. Once a task is marked as done task data will be removed in 3 months automatically.
In case of company requests to delete data we will work together with the company to delete immediately all their data or selectively for specific channels they have requested.
We will securely delete all unused/inactive data from our systems within 3 months.
We do not store any user information, except user ID.
Data archiving and removal policy

If company requests data removal, we will securely dispose of all associated data within a reasonable period of time, not to exceed 15 days. Including from database backups.
All inactive user IDs will be automatically disposed within 3 months.
Data storage policy
All Customer data is encrypted at rest with LUKS (Linux Unified Key Setup) and in transit with SSL and stored in our hosting provider’s data centres to ensure availability and data redundancy. Data is regularly backed up and we have a tested backup, recovery and disaster procedure to ensure business continuity. Any system failure is alerted to our team immediately. Backups are retained for 7 days.
