The privacy and security of our customers' data is our top priority. Data is stored as long as the customers continue to use our services. Customers can opt to request access, removal or modification of their data at any time by making a request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Data archiving and removal policy
AI Sidekick provides all users the ability to access, delete or modify their data by submitting a request to email@example.com. Upon uninstallation of our app, the data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
Data storage policy
All data is transmitted via HTTPS to MongoDB Atlas Cloud. MongoDB Atlas dedicated clusters are deployed in a unique Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) with dedicated firewalls. Access is granted by an IP whitelist or VPC Peering. All network traffic is encrypted using Transport layer Security (TLS), with flexibility to configure the minimum TLS protocol version. Encryption for data at rest is automated using encrypted storage volumes.

Customers can submit a request to delete their data at firstname.lastname@example.org. The data will be deleted within 7 days of the request.
