Two-way activity sync makes it easy for teams to reach inbox zero directly from Slack.How it works • Use rules in Front to send messages to a Slack #channel or @user automatically — such as escalating support emails that are unanswered for 24 hours, or sending any message that contains “billing” to direct message your accounting manager. • You can also manually send any message from Front to a Slack #channel or @user with a comment. • From Slack, use Message Menu buttons to re-assign the message to another teammate in Front, move it to another Front inbox, or archive the message. • If you archive a message, you can re-open it directly from Slack too.
