Chat:Bridge stores minimal Data from Slack and Salesforce (user names, emails and channels). The data is retained for as long as Chat:Bridge components are installed in a customer’s application. The Data that we store is only to support the product functionality. Logs are retained for a period of 14 days.

Data is removed within 30 days following removal of Chat:Bridge components from a customer's application.

Chat:Bridge Slack App is hosted on the Salesforce Heroku platform.
A customer may request removal of their data via email@example.com. Data will be removed within 5 business days.
While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack App Directory, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
