To satisfy its legal obligations or in order to have the necessary elements to assert its rights, Feedier will be able to retain the data under the conditions established by applicable rules and regulations. Thus, personal data collected by Feedier relating to the identity and contact details of its Users is retained for a maximum period of two years after the termination of the contractual relationship for Users that are customers, or from their collection by the data controller or the last contact from the Users that are prospects, for the data relating to the latter. The termination of the contractual relationship is understood as the express termination of the contract by the User, or the non-use of Feedier Services for a period of five years. Data archiving and removal policy
All the Customer’s content will be inaccessible immediately upon cancellation. Within 30 days, all Feedier content will be permanently deleted from all servers and logs. This information can not be recovered once it has been permanently deleted. We also keep backups stored off-site for a maximum of 30 additional days. Therefore, after a cancellation, all data will be permanently deleted from backups within 60 days
Data storage policy
Our primary data centers are in Europe, in Ireland and Germany. We provide US locations upon request. We also use Amazon AWS. All data is written to multiple disks instantly, backed up daily, and stored in multiple locations. Files that our customers upload are stored on servers that use modern techniques to remove bottlenecks and points of failure. Absolutely no client data is stored in Feedier’s employees laptops, nor at Feedier oce locations. Feedier is fully GDPR compliant and in regard to article 30.2, a list of Feedier sub-data processors is maintained and can be found here:
Anyone can email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for their data to be delete immediately and we will delete their data of our systems.
While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack App Directory, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
