SharedBox brings your support inbox to Slack. It allows team members collaborate and respond to emails directly on Slack without the need for another dedicated interface to collaborate on emails. It works in a simple way:- SharedBox connects to your existing support email. You can also get a unique email address you can forward your support emails to or use directly if you want. - Emails sent to or forwarded to your connected email is sent to your selected Slack channel, organised, with replies properly threaded. You can review actions and response with other team mates. - When ready, just hit the Reply button attached on Slack. Thread is also updated with delivery and open notifications.Your conversations already happen in Slack, why not your shared inbox?
