We only store data that are relevant to providing the service. This data is retained as long as they are necessary for the provision of the service to the user.
Data archiving and removal policy
We always delete stored data whenever the purpose of the storage is omitted or the user actively performs a delete action through the application. User's can also delete their data directly from the application or make a request for data deletion.

We store specially protected servers and data management systems. These are protected against loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of your data by unauthorised persons. Sensitive data is also encrypted.
When we transmit the data over the Internet, we encrypt it. We use SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) for data transmission.
Users can delete their personal data and all related data from Sharedbox directly from their accounts dashboard. However, when someone makes a request to delete personal data, we delete the person's account and all related data from our database.
While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack App Directory, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
