Drovio is based on a P2P technology. We basically store the minimum required data to provide the service to our end users: an email address, a salted hashed password or oauth token (when needed) and a display name. We keep your data for as long as you use our service. We remove your data upon any request and at any time.
Data archiving and removal policy
Drovio SAS removes Customer Data in accordance with the GDPR: upon any request at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 30 days (generally in a few business days). Backup are deleted within 15 days.
Data storage policy
Customer Data is stored on AWS RDS in multiple availability zones. Customer Data is fully backed up nightly. Constant monitoring and alerts are in place to detect any intrusion into our Production environments where Customer Data is stored/can be accessed.
