Tefter's Slack application is the perfect companion to the web interface. You can add bookmarks, and URL shortcuts, which we call aliases, without having to leave Slack.With aliases, you transform long URLs into short words you can resolve through this app, the browser extension (chrome / firefox) or the desktop and command-line apps.After installing, you may either use /tefter <command> or its shorter equivalent /t <command>.Begin with /t help to list some of the ways you can interact with it.LoginAny Slack workspace member who wishes to contribute to the team's content has to connect their Slack account to Tefter first. All user data are kept indefinitely unless the user decides to close their account, which they can do from their profile page.
Data archiving and removal policy
A user may close their account and delete their data from their profile page. This process is instant and does not require any approval from our staff and hard-deletes all the data associated with their account.
Data storage policy
We do our best to securely store user data which can be retained in automated database backups from our cloud provider for up to 7 years.
While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack App Directory, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
