Data retention policy
Messages: We retain messages sent and received by Finn for up to 90 days, unless they are deleted by the user before that time.
User data: We store user data such as names and email addresses for as long as the user has an account with Finn. If a user deletes their account, their data will be deleted immediately.
Analytics data: We use analytics tools to monitor and improve the performance of Finn. We may retain this data for up to 12 months.
Security data: We retain security-related data such as IP addresses and device information for up to 90 days for security and fraud prevention purposes.
Data archiving and removal policy
Users can request the removal of their data at any time. To make such a request, users can contact the Slackbot's support team and provide their user ID or any other information that can be used to identify their data.
Upon receiving a request for data removal, the Slackbot's support team will review the request and remove the user's data as soon as possible.
If the user has provided data that is required for the Slackbot's functioning or if the data is needed for legal or security reasons, the request for data removal may be denied.
If a user's account is inactive for an extended period of time, the Slackbot may automatically remove the user's data to maintain the storage space.
The Slackbot will comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations in relation to data removal requests.
Data storage policy
All data will be stored on secure servers maintained by the organization, or on cloud-based servers with reputable third-party providers that have been approved by the organization.
