The /quick-map slash command uses MapboxStatic Images and Geocoding APIs to convert an address or pair of coordinates into a simple map. This app is brought to you by the geospatial developers at Sparkgeo, because sometimes a conversation needs a map, and sometimes a map needs a conversation. All log data are deleted after 6 months. All images produced by quick-map are retained indefinitely for future user retrieval, however this timeframe may be shortened without notice.
Data archiving and removal policy
We do not archive any data beyond the time limits outlined in our data retention policy, and will happily delete any log data containing your username immediately, at your request.
Data storage policy
The security of data generated by quick-map is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect data generated by quick-map, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We will happily delete any logs containing your Slack username, if they haven't already been deleted due to our data retention policy (6 months).
While this app may offer HIPAA compliance, Slack does not have a business associate agreement with any third-party application providers, including those in the Slack App Directory, so you are responsible for validating the provider's compliance and executing an appropriate agreement before enabling.
