Data retention policy
Data is stored as long as the user maintains a separate Remotion account. Accounts are automatically deleted when removed from all member teams. You may also email security@remotion.com to request deletion of your account. Production environments are deleted within 24 hours, and backups/logs are deleted within 30 days.

Data storage policy
Customer Data is stored redundantly at multiple locations in our Google Cloud’s data centers to ensure availability. We have well-tested backup and restoration procedures, which allow recovery from a major disaster. Customer Data is automatically backed up nightly. The Operations team is alerted in case of a failure with this system.
