Data retention policy
The free plan will contact you in advance and delete your data if more than 60 days have passed since you last signed in.
Data archiving and removal policy
We will delete the user's data if more than 30 days have passed since the cancellation of the contract.
Data storage policy
We use backup and redundancy as a countermeasure against data loss due to disasters, hardware failure, human error, etc.
With redundancy, data is stored in multiple storage locations.
The data stored in the database is automatically backed up once a day to ensure data recovery in the event of data loss due to failure or human error.
