According to GDPR conventions we retain the data as long as needed for the user usage. Namely, when user ask for data removal or app removal we physically delete his data.

Upon data deletion request we get slack notification in CS channel. Right after, they open a ticket to R&D team to delete account data. R&D is obligated to delete the entire data within 24 hours due to regulations
