Data retention policy
Data retention policy for shiftscheduling.org covers the following points:
1. What data needs to be retained: Only Non-PII data is retained in the database, like user_id and channel_id.
2. The format in which it should be kept: The data is kept encrypted in a Postgres database.
3. How long it should be stored for: The data is stored as long as the organization doesn't remove the app and asks for data deletion.
4. Whether it should eventually be archived or deleted: Data is archived after the organization removes the app. It is deleted when the organization asks for it.
5. Who has the authority to dispose of it: Only the owner has access to dispose off the data.
