Company shall retain Personal Data for no longer than necessary for the purposes set forth in the applicable Statement of Work or other contractual agreement, unless continued retention of such data is required by Law. If any specific data retention requirements are set forth in an applicable Statement of Work or contractual agreement, those requirements shall govern.
Data archiving and removal policy
PingPilot will delete, export, or correct data upon request from the customer at help.pingpilot.com. We will work directly with the customer during business hours (9am-6pm CST) to fulfill their request and complete the request in less than 12 hours

All data stored is encrypted at rest and we only store data as long as required to fulfill the obligations of the Statement of Work.
