Data retention policy
Data is retained for the period the users make use of Bugpilot. All data will be removed when the user account is deleted. Our data retention policy is in accordance with GDPR, as described in our privacy policy.
Data archiving and removal policy
Users can delete their account in their Bugpilot dashboard, which deletes it immediately. This will delete any associated personal data such as the user’s email address. Data storage policy
All data is encrypted with bank-grade encryption in transit and at rest and stored in multiple locations at our hosting provider’s data centers to ensure availability and data redundancy.
