ULTER App is an OKRs Slack application designed to help organizations and teams define measurable goals and track their outcomes with regular check-ins. ULTER connects strategies with operations and results while intentionally promoting the autonomy and self-organization of teams. People can easily define objectives & key results for each, base on the organization's strategy.Moreover, ULTER supports a more data-driven goal setting process and helps organizations to allocate resources efficiently by focusing on the right metrics.

Privacy & data governance
Data retention policy
ULTER will retain customers data such as Objectives, Key results and their progress and logs until it removes by user or account suspension.
Users can delete account and all its related data by clicking "delete account" in Settings >> Company Settings >> Delete Account
Data archiving and removal policy
ULTER will archive customers data after account suspension because of not subscribing or extending subscription and after 1 month it will be deleted.

ULTER will store customers data in google cloud storage services and GCE policy will be applied.

When someone request to delete account and personal data all of its related data except subscription and payment data will be permanently deleted and it will not be recovered.
