Data retention policy
Tuple will retain application data indefinitely unless otherwise requested by a customer writing in to support@tuple.app. Server and application logs are retained for 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted. Application analytics will be permanently deleted on request.
Data archiving and removal policy
Tuple will remove a user's data at their written request to support@tuple.app, and otherwise do not delete or archive any data.
Data storage policy

Data deletion request procedure
1. Customer emails support@tuple.app requesting that their data is deleted.
2. We verify that the requester has the same email as the email of the account whose data is being deleted, if applicable.
3. We remove the data from our backend application via an administrative interface.
4. We confirm the application data deletion with the customer.
