Data retention policy
On top of the core data that Jolly requires (workspace IDs, etc), Jolly stores the data that's necessary for it to function, which is birthday and work anniversary date, workspace settings. All personal data (birthdays) is encrypted at rest and in transit. Learn more at https://usejolly.com/security
Data archiving and removal policy
Jolly will remove everything related to your workspace upon uninstallation, except the email address of the person who installed Jolly. However, the email address is also removed after 2 days.

If you uninstall the app, we automatically delete all the data stored for the workspace, except for invoices. For marketing purposes, we'll keep the email address of the person who installed the app for the next 2 days, so that we can reach out for exit interview. After that, all data associated with the workspace is completely removed. However, you can request the data relation for everything related to Jolly at any time by sending an email to support@usejolly.com
