Data retention policy
Juro retains Customer Data while the customer maintains a live Juro subscription. On expiry or termination of the customer's Juro subscription, Juro retains Customer Data for 60 days post-termination, to enable the customer to request a copy. After that 60-day period, Juro securely deletes any remaining Customer Data.
Data archiving and removal policy
Juro retains and deletes Customer Data in line with its data retention policy described above. During the customer's subscription, the customer can archive or delete Customer Data using functionality within the Juro platform.
Data storage policy
Juro stores Customer Data in accordance with the measures described in Juro's data processing agreement (juro.com/terms/dpa). Details of the security measures Juro applies to Customer Data it stores are available from juro.com/trust.

Data deletion request procedure
During the Term, Juro will enable Customer to delete Customer Data using functionality of the Services. If Customer uses the Services to delete any Customer Data during the Term and that Customer Data cannot be recovered by Customer, this is an Instruction to Juro to delete the relevant Customer Data from Juro’s systems. Juro will comply with this Instruction as soon as reasonably practicable, unless European Law requires storage, where European Data Protection Law applies, or applicable law requires storage, where any other Applicable Data Protection Law applies.
