Data deletion request procedure
Users can request deletion of their personal or project data by emailing support@projeqto.com.
We verify the requester’s identity and confirm the scope of the request (e.g., user account, workspace, or specific project).
Once verified, all associated personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized from our systems and backups within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).
After completion, we send a confirmation email to the requester.
