Data retention policy
Kokoon will retain conversation data and user information for 90 days after the last interaction to provide contextual assistance during the new hire onboarding process. Any personally identifiable information will be handled in accordance with our company privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations. Users can request information about their data or its deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
Data archiving and removal policy
Kokoon will automatically remove personal conversation data after the 90-day retention period. Users can request immediate removal of their data at any time through our designated data deletion request form or by contacting our support team. Upon request, all user-specific data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, with confirmation provided to the requesting user. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for service improvement purposes.
Data storage policy
Kokoon stores all data in encrypted format both in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel who require it to provide support and maintain the service. We implement comprehensive security measures including regular security audits, access controls, and employee training to protect all stored data from unauthorized access.
