Privacy & data governance
Data retention policy
WithKudos retains workspace and rotation data for as long as the app is installed. Data is automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled from a Slack workspace.
Data archiving and removal policy
WithKudos deletes all Customer Data immediately upon app uninstallation or upon written request to privacy@withkudos.app. No archival copies are retained.
Data storage policy
WithKudos stores only the minimum data required: Slack workspace IDs, channel IDs, user IDs, and rotation settings. No message content is stored.

Users can request data deletion by emailing privacy@withkudos.app. We delete all associated data within 30 days. Alternatively, uninstalling the app from Slack automatically deletes all workspace data immediately.
