Runtime data for API requests are retained for 65 days, and database backups are retained for upto 10 days. No data is retained after a maximum for 75 days since that particular functionality was used.

No data is currently archived in any way, and the customer has agency over data deletion through their account settings and support.
Data storage policy
In order to maintain the security of the company, Automate.io Inc's internal databases, access by software programs must be granted only after authentication with credentials. The credentials used for this authentication must not reside in the main, executing body of the program's source code in cleartext. Database credentials must not be stored in a location that can be accessed through a web server.
