Data retention policy
SQLBot retains Customer Data for as long as necessary to provide services to the customer and follow our Terms of Service and applicable law. Customers may request data deletion at any time.
Data archiving and removal policy
SQLBot will remove Customer Data upon termination of service or at the customer’s request. Data is deleted from active systems and backups within 30 days of removal initiation.
Data storage policy
Customer Data is stored securely in cloud infrastructure using encryption at rest and in transit. SQLBot follows standard U.S.-based industry practices to protect customer information.

Cloud hosted on DigitalOcean. SQLBot uses managed PostgreSQL databases and encrypted object storage for documents and report delivery. All servers are protected via firewalls and updated regularly.

LLM retention settings
SQLBot does not store or retain Customer Data submitted to LLMs beyond the current session, unless explicitly saved by the user (e.g. as part of a report). When using third-party LLMs, SQLBot configures requests to disable training or long-term retention
LLM data tenancy policy
SQLBot routes user queries to the most appropriate LLM engine based on configuration and use case. All LLM interactions are performed via secured APIs, and tenant data is isolated at the application layer. No data is shared between customers.
LLM data residency policy
LLM data is processed in U.S.-based data centers unless otherwise specified by the underlying LLM provider. SQLBot ensures that third-party LLMs comply with our data handling and storage policies.
