Data retention policy

At GRYZZLY, safeguarding users' personal data is of paramount importance. We are fully dedicated to implementing robust measures to ensure the protection, confidentiality, and security of users' personal data. This commitment aligns with current European regulations, as outlined in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council dated April 27, 2016. This regulation focuses on safeguarding individuals in relation to the processing and free movement of personal data, superseding Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Our dedication also extends to adhering to French regulations, encompassing the relevant national legal provisions associated with the aforementioned Regulation.

Data archiving and removal policy

User personal data is processed by GRYZZLY under the conditions permitted by current regulations and in the following manner: 1. Obtaining free, specific, informed, and unequivocal consent from the User (or their legal representative in the case of minors or incapacity) for the processing of their personal data. 2. Collecting personal data necessary for fulfilling the User's request. 3. Adhering to legal and/or regulatory obligations imposed on GRYZZLY (such as combating fraud and corruption). 4. Safeguarding GRYZZLY's legitimate interests (such as protecting the security of its computer network). User Navigational Information Relevant to the Collection and Processing of Personal Data During the use of the Solution or certain related services, some data is automatically collected, such as IP address, the reference of the used browsing software, browsing data (date, time, viewed content, search terms used, etc.), and operating system references. Among the technologies used to collect User personal data, to enhance service quality and better meet their expectations, GRYZZLY may employ the use of cookies and trackers, as well as "php" sessions or equivalent mechanisms that store data using a unique session identifier. These sessions retain said data in memory for the duration of the User's browsing session. Data collected during browsing is deleted upon closing the browsing session on the Solution by the User or, if applicable, within a maximum period of 13 months from their collection. Data storage policy

The duration for retaining Users' personal data depends on the specific purpose involved. In this context, the users' personal data is kept for the time necessary to fulfill their request. In the absence of any specific accomplishment, personal data is deleted within the timeframes recommended by the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL), after a period of three years from their collection on the Solution, subject to: - Legal possibilities and obligations concerning archiving. - Obligations to retain certain data for evidentiary purposes and/or anonymization of such data. The personal data of users that are customers of GRYZZLY, are collected and processed for the purposes of executing our offers. They are retained for the duration necessary for managing the contractual relationship. As an exception, personal data required to establish proof of a right or contract is archived in accordance with legal provisions (5 or 10 years after the end of the commercial relationship, as the case may be).
