Data is currently retained with questions and answers in an encrypted at-rest state.
We use the Slack user and channel IDs only for necessary functions like routing quizzes and answer information and avoid storage or use of any PII unless absolutely required for account administration.
We currently do not have a data archival/expiration date.
Data archiving and removal policy
Data is currently not archived externally. Removals are outlined in our GDPR of request for deletion processes. Data requests are processed via contact with the account administrator to verify the authorization of the request.

Data is currently retained with questions and answers in an encrypted at-rest state. Data access is restricted to authorized users at Knowledge Anywhere (the maker of QuickQuiz)
