PostBeyond administrators can decide which content should be pushed to Slack allowing them to engage employees where they already are. PostBeyond users can then click to go to those posts in their PostBeyond program and share them from the PostBeyond platform.

Data retention policy
Upon customer deletion, Postbeyond deletes customer data from our production environments within 24 hours and backups are deleted within 6 months.
Data is retained as long as the customer continues to use PostBeyond's services. Customers can request removal of all their data upon termination of the contract by emailing their dedicated Client Services Manager.

Customer data is stored redundantly at multiple locations to ensure availability. Data is automatically backed up every two hours. Customers data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) and is encrypted at rest using 256-bit encryption.
