Capture custom info in Liveweb as you qualify from Slack. You’ll be able to follow up on it and automatically update your other tools. Reply to customers instantly, even while on the go. Data retention policy
When you subscribe to our Services, we will maintain your Payment Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We will retain your Personal Information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy unless a higher retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).
Data archiving and removal policy
When we have no legitimate business interest to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. Or, if this is not possible, for example, because your Personal Information is in backup archives, we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
